Al Areheart serves as our consulting pastor on a part-time basis. He met his wife Connie when they were students at Columbia Bible College (now CIU). They have 2 adult sons and eight grandchildren. They served churches in Arkansas, South Carolina, and Kansas in full time ministry before retiring to Rock Hill in 2018. His life verse is Matthew 6:33 and his passions include family, life coaching, fishing, hunting and reading. Frankie Xiong is the Director of Family Ministries. He has been involved in church ministry since the age of 16, mostly in youth ministry and worship ministry. Frankie knew he was being called to full-time ministry so he attended Toccoa Falls College and graduated with a B.S. in Pastoral Ministries and Bible & Theology. Shortly after graduating from Taccoa Falls College, God led Frankie to serve at Hope Fellowship Church. Frankie and his wife, Gaoja Yang, were married in 2020.E-mail Frankie Xiong
Barbara L. Pendergrass
Wife, Mother, and natural Leader with a knack for technology and logistics, Mrs. Barbara L. Pendergrass believes a compassion to serve is truly the path one should take to become God’s hands on Earth. Barbara is a native of Edgemoor, SC where she received her formal education. Over the years, she has sharpened her skills in leadership by taking multiple classes in the business management field. Barbara has been married to George Pendergrass since 2009. She has one adult son (Dontavius Williams) who is a minister and entrepreneur. You will often see her with her youngest nephew Mathias.
Barbara is an asset to any group of people she is in involved with. Her home church is Mount Zion AME Zion Church in Landsford, SC where she serves in various ministries and has always had a passion for teaching others. Currently, Barbara teaches a weekly technology class to a group of senior citizens in Western York County but her passion for serving others and teaching has allowed her to serve on two mission trips to Buff Bay, Jamaica where she empowered women through the word of God to become entrepreneurs and by teaching the art of jewelry making using natural stones. Having a healthy balance in life between work and leisure is very important to Barbara. Christine Solich is our Financial Manager. She has been a member of our staff since May 2020. Christine was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and moved to South Carolina in 2016. Christine has 2 (grown) children and 1 granddaughter.E-mail Christine Solich
Natalie Mollema is our Communications Manager. She and her husband, Chris, have 4 children. Natalie is from Western New York and has lived in South Carolina for 14 years.
